Why is my contract so long?

The contract lets you know your legal rights as a buyer and my obligations to you as the breeder. It is for the benefit of all parties involved to have everything in writing.

All of our puppies are sold on an AKC limited registration which means the puppy cannot be bred or shown in conformation but may be in obedience, agility, and hunt tests. Limited registration helps preserve and protect our lines from irresponsible breeding practices.

We now require that your puppy be paid in full when it is SIX weeks old.

This will allow you to pay your remaining balance by check and it will make the pick-up day a lot easier

Will I refund a deposit?

Sorry but no, all deposits are non-refundable.

Once you place a deposit on a puppy I no longer offer that puppy for sale and buyers are turned away. If I refunded deposits then there really would be no need to accept them in the first place. This would result in many sad families not being able to get the 'right 'puppy for them. We do understand that things 'come up' and we try hard to work with everyone. Under some circumstances deposits may be transferred to an upcoming litter.

All puppies will be sold for $800.00 plus ME Sales Tax. All puppies are sold with Limited AKC Registration. You will receive in addition to your puppy, 8lb bag of Life's Abundance Premium Dry Food, Puppy Kit, Health/Shot Record, AKC Paperwork, an assortment of all natural products to protect your new addition from ticks, fleas, parasites and worms. Lifetime of support!
